Existing commercial building. Design-build services. Engineering services consisting of repair details, specifications, and permit documents. Contracting scope consisting of concrete repair and restoration of supporting column, beams and slab at water level. Phase 2 consists of dock slab repairs including carbon fiber reinforcement.
