Biltmore II Condominium
The Biltmore II Condominium is a 14-story, 232-unit residential tower located in Coral Gables, Florida. Engineering services included the repair of select post-tension cables located at the first floor level.
Services include the following:
On-site evaluation of existing conditions.
Preparation of repair specifications for post-tension and concrete repairs.
Coordination with the Owner, Contractor, City of Coral Gables Building Department and Municipal Inspector.
Review of shop drawings and structural submittals.
Special inspections during the construction process, including site observations, maintenance of inspection log and preparation of written reports.
