Mr. Jose A. Toledo, P.E.

Principle, Senior Engineer

Mr. Toledo is a graduate of the University of Miami, and has over 21 years of experience in structural engineering throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. Toledo is a licensed Professional Engineer and Threshold Inspector in the State of Florida, and holds professional registration in multiple states. His experience includes structural analysis and design, preparation of construction documents, feasibility studies, forensic studies, project management and field inspections for a variety of commercial, residential and municipal buildings. In addition, his experience also includes the preparation of project specifications and structural reports. Structural system types includes reinforced concrete, pre-cast concrete, post-tension, masonry, steel, light-gage steel, aluminum, pile foundations, structural timber, wood framing and other miscellaneous materials.
Mr. Toledo also has extensive restoration and repair experience of Historic structures, and served as a member on the Historic Preservation Design and Review Board for the City of Miami Beach.

Mr. Alain D. Sanchez

Project Manager / Structural Engineer

Mr. Sanchez is a graduate from Florida International University where he has completed advanced coursework in structural analysis, concrete design and steel design. His previous experience includes construction administration for Renaissance Partners in West Palm Beach. Mr. Sanchez has been a member of USSI since 2002. At USSI, his experience includes structural analysis and design, preparation of construction documents, and threshold inspections for a variety of commercial and residential structures.

Ms. Patricia Barreiro, E.I.

Structural Engineer

Ms. Barreiro is a graduate from the University of Miami where she has completed advanced coursework in structural analysis, concrete design and steel design. Ms. Barreiro has been an integral member of USSI since 2012. Her experience includes structural analysis and design, and preparation of construction documents. Ms. Barreiro has extensive experience and knowledge with public funded projects at both the City and County levels.

Mr. Ronny Lindsay, E.I.

Project Manager / Structural Engineer

Mr. Lindsay is a graduate from Florida International University where he completed advanced coursework in structural analysis, concrete design and steel design. He is also a registered General Contractor in the State of Florida. His previous experience includes roadway and civil design for government projects in the State of Florida. Mr. Lindsay has been a member of USSI since 2005. At USSI, his experience includes structural analysis and design, preparation of construction documents, and threshold inspections for a variety of commercial and residential structures.
